Thank you for shopping with House of Wriya. Please review our shipping and delivery policy below.

1. Free Shipping Across Pakistan

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within Pakistan. No additional delivery charges apply to eligible orders.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are generally processed on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next working day.

Processing times may vary during public holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

3. Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will share the tracking number through SMS, WhatsApp, or email, where available.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders delivered within Pakistan. Please keep the order amount ready when your parcel arrives.

COD is not available for international delivery addresses.

6. International Customers

We welcome orders from customers worldwide; however, we currently deliver only within Pakistan.

Customers ordering from outside Pakistan must provide a valid delivery address within Pakistan, such as the address or Mobile Number of a family member or friend.

7. Payments from International Customers

International customers who place orders for delivery within Pakistan may be able to pay through Easypaisa or JazzCash using an agreed remittance or payment arrangement.

Orders will be processed for dispatch once the payment has been received and confirmed. Please provide a reachable phone number with the appropriate country code, if applicable.

8. Delivery Delays

Delivery may take longer during sales, public holidays, adverse weather, or courier service disruptions. We will share updates when information is available.

9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and assist you.
